The story began over 35 years ago when Alan Archer established Select International, a small plumbing wholesale business. About 15 years later, his son Reid Archer joined, and together they founded Trade Counter Direct, which has grown into one of the UK’s leading online tool stores. In 2022, we merged with our sister company SPI, forming Select Trade Brands Ltd. This step strengthened our specialist offering across both plumbing tools and workshop storage solutions.
