Summary

• Change of mind: 30 days from delivery.
• EU cooling-off: 14 days (Consumer Contracts Regulations).
• Faulty/damaged: We’ll repair/replace or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Return shipping: Customer pays for change-of-mind returns; we cover costs for faulty/incorrect items.
• Heavy/large items: We can arrange pallet/large-item collection at cost.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories/labels, and received in a resaleable condition. Please keep proof of purchase and the shipping carton until you’re satisfied.

How to Start a Return

Email shopify@selecttradebrands.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if damaged. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA.
Important: Do not send items back without an RMA; unauthorised returns may be refused.

Return Shipping & Collections

• Change of mind: You can use your own insured courier or request a prepaid label/collection from us. If we arrange it, we’ll deduct our actual carriage/collection cost from your refund (quoted first). If you are a business customer, we may also apply a restocking charge at our discretion to cover handling and administration costs.
• Faulty/incorrect: We provide a prepaid label or collection at our expense.
• Large/heavy items (cabinets, roller chests, benches): Often shipped on pallets. Repacking on a pallet may be required for safe return. We can arrange pallet collection and confirm cost before booking.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve quickly (repair, replacement, or refund).

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

• Custom/special-order items (clearly identified at purchase)
• Installed/used items, consumables, or items without original packaging
• Hazardous materials (as applicable)

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For fastest turnaround, place a new order and return the original per this policy.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off

If shipped into the EU/UK, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in saleable condition as above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank/issuer processing times vary. If it’s been 15 business days since approval, contact us at shopify@selecttradebrands.com.

Warranty

Many systems carry a manufacturer warranty (often 5 years). If a defect arises after 30 days, contact us for warranty support.
