General Information

Delivery options depend on your location, stock availability, total order value, and the overall size/weight of your order. All delivery costs are calculated at checkout once your preferred delivery option is selected.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): 2–3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas: Delivery times may take longer, and surcharges may apply. The order may be refused and refunded if our suppliers do not deliver to certain areas, but we will be in touch to communicate this with you after the order event.  For clarity, it's best to email us prior to order to check the requirements.
• Large/Bulky Items: Items such as cabinets, roller chests, and benches may be shipped by pallet service. Delivery is usually 3–5 working days, and we may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Delivery Services

• Royal Mail: No online tracking is available. Suitable for smaller, lower-value items.
• Courier Services: Fully trackable, with online updates. A signature will be required upon delivery.
• Pallet Deliveries: Used for heavy or oversized items. Pallet deliveries are curbside only unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery Windows

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm on working days. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times. If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection.

Damages & Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Any visible damage must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery. Please notify us of any damages or shortages within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos where possible so we can resolve quickly.

International Delivery

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). Please contact us if you require delivery outside the UK, and we will advise on options.
