Beta Tools black UV resistant nylon cable ties are a practical solution for professional cable management, bundling and light-duty fastening in electrical, maintenance and installation work. This cable tie format measures 2.5 x 100 mm and is suited to securing bundles up to 20.5 mm diameter, making it useful for panel wiring, control cabinets, site installations and routine servicing. Manufactured from polyamide PA 6.6 with carbon black, these ties are designed for dependable use across a working temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C, with installation possible from -10 °C. The material is self-extinguishing to UL 94-V2 and offers good resistance to bases, oils, greases and chloride solvents. Compliant with EN 62275:2015-02 type 1, they provide a straightforward, trade-ready option where consistent fastening performance and tidy cable organisation are required. Supplied in a pack quantity of 100 cable ties.
